Healing can be a long and lonely journey – but it doesn’t have to be this way! In fact, being alongside others who are also navigating trauma recovery can help to accelerate the process, normalize our experience, and undo some of the aloneness that often accompanies trauma. 


In collaboration with my colleague, Rita Pare, I offer online and in-person groups oriented towards the first phase of trauma recovery with an emphasis on stabilization, resourcing, symptom reduction and psychoeducation. 

Our groups are 6 weeks in duration – and they are facilitated both online and in-person in Northern BC.
